Be sure to eat a lot of protein and stay away from any foods that make you feel sluggish, like junk food. There are a wide variety of foods that are healthy that you can really enjoy. This particular tip may seem to be a bit off-topic, but it's not. It will be easier in the long run for you to overcome any writers block you have if you make sure that you are taking care of your diet.
